T-shirt order forms will be sent home the first week of December.

There was discussion on a craft sale.  If the PTO is going to do this we need to get a chair in place by the end of April, so they can get things going.

Terry Newlan reported that the money received from the magazine sales was $56.50

Also the PTO will be getting a refund check for some returned items from the fundraiser.  There are some items that will be on sale in the teachers lounge, as these items couldn’t be returned.  There are still 2 students who have money out from the fundraiser.  There were 10 students received the limo ride and 18 students who participated in the Pig Race.

Terry asked if the PTO would lend the 8th grade money to pay their bill for candy bar sales for the 8th grade field trip.  The money would be paid back as soon as enough candy is sold to cover the loan.

The Book Fair is set to start March 9th.  It will be open before the Young Author program that evening.  It will then be open after school the 10th, 13th and 14th and open on Saturday the 11th for a couple hours.

Teacher Appreciation- This is in February.  Poleane will check with Julie to see if she is going to be the chair again this year.
