Rules:

Respect – Raise y= our hand to speak

On Task – Be prep= ared and on time; Follow directions

Citizenship – Keep hands/feet to yourself

Keep Safe – Stay = in your seat when a teacher is not present

Consequences:

Step 1.  Verbal warning <= /p>

Step 2.  Name on the board – 5 minute= s of recess

Step 3.  Name and One Check – 10 minu= tes of recess and minor        

        =      discipline referral form written (parent will be notified)        =        

Step 4.  Name and Two Checks – Lunch = or after school detention and        =       

        =      contact is made with a parent/guardian

Step 5.  Name and Three Checks – Sent= to Dr. Marx

 

*  A major discipline referral form m= ay be issued at any time for inappropriate behavior.

 

Celebrations:

All students will be = invited to attend school celebrations as a reward for obeying our PBIS system.=

 

Conduct Grades:

All students will beg= in with 15 behavior points.  Each time= their bus is moved due to behavior, a point will be deducted.  The grades will go as follows:

15 points =3D E+        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;    7 points =3D S-

14 points =3D E        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;      6 points =3D N+

13 points =3D E-        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;    5 points =3D N

12 points =3D V+        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;   4 points =3D N-

11 points =3D V        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;      3 points =3D U+

10 points =3D V-        &= nbsp;           &nbs= p;    2 points =3D U

9 points   =3D S+            =              1 point   =3D U-=
