Motion by Potts, seconded b= y Newlan to approve the June 24, 2010 minutes of the regular board meeting. Motion carried.

Motion by Schwader, seconde= d by Pool to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. On

10. NEW BUSINESS

A. Approv= e to purchase a security system from Surveillance Technologies.

Motion by Newlan, seconded b= y Schwader to approve to purchase a security system

from Surveillance Technologi= es. On roll call, the following votes = were recorded:

YEAS: = Pool, Potts, Schwader, Vangunten, Newlan, and Norvill

NAYS: None

ABSENT: Klyber

B. Approv= e to accept the resignation as a cheerleading coach from Mrs. Brandi Ulick.

Motion by Pool, seconded by = Vangunten to approve to accept as presented the

resignation as a cheerleading coach from Mrs. Brandi Ulick. Motion carried.

C. Approv= e to employ Mr. Ryan Snell as Athletic Director for the 2010-2011 school year.

Motion by Pool, seconded by = Potts to approve to employ Mr. Ryan Snell as Athletic

Director for the 2010-2011 s= chool year. On roll call, the follo= wing votes were recorded:

D. Approv= e to employ Mrs. Michelle Grisham as a full time teacher aide for the 2010-2011 school year. <= /p>

E. Approve the Student/Parent Handbook for 2010-2011.&nbs= p;

Motion by Pool, seconded by = Potts to approve the Student/Parent Handbook for 2010-

2011 as presented. Motion carried.
