1.  CALL TO ORDER  - President Norvill called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Motion by Klyber, seconded = by Pool to approve the November 15, 2010 minutes of the regular meeting.  Motion carried.

7.  SUPERINTENDENT/PRINCIPAL  REPORT 

 

  1. &= nbsp; We have only 3 items to address.  They include a letter from ATS pertaining to bus driver certification, a “green” cleaning statement, and documentation of comparable salaries for male and female coaches.

         Motion by Potts, seconded by= Schwader to approve the 2010 Tax Levy.  On roll call, the

      E.     Approv= e the snow plowing proposal of $65.00 per hour from Tim Cox. 

       

         Motion by Schwader, seconded by New= lan to approve the snow plowing proposal of

         $65.00 per hour from Tim Cox= .  On roll call, the following votes = were recorded:

      F.      Approv= e the business mileage reimbursement rate of $.51 for the 2011 year. 

       

         Motion by Newlan, seconded by Schwader to approve the business mileage

      A.  Approve an 8t= h grade volleyball stipend of $1,600.00 for the 2010-2011 school year.

       

      Motion by Schwader, seconde= d by Pool to approve an 8th grade volleyball stipend of

      $1,600.00 for the 2010-2011= school year.  On roll call, the follo= wing votes were
