Motion by Pool, seconded by= Newlan to approve the M= ay 17, 2007 minutes of the regular meeting as amended.= Motion carried.

Motion by Potts, seconded b= y Newlan to approve the M= ay 17, 2007 executive session minutes as presented. Motion carried.

A.&n= bsp; Approv= e a 60 month lease contract with R.K.Dixon for two (2) copiers.

Motion by Schwader, seconde= d by Potts to approve a 60 month lease contract with R.K.Dixon for two (2) copiers with stapler/finisher capabilities. On roll call, the following votes were recorded:

Approve to purchase sixteen (16) softball sleeveless jerseys and matching shorts for the fall 2007 season.
