1. CALL TO ORDER President Norvill called the m= eeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Others present: Dr. Marx, Superintendent; Mr. Vandemore, Assistant Principal; Student #81906, Mother of student #81906, Mrs. Garrison, teacher; Mrs. Osborn, teacher; and= Mr. Woodward, teacher

Mr. Steve Norvill stated the purpose of the discipline hearing and the procedural

overview for the hearing

A.     Approv= ed to expel student #81906 from Robein School for the rema= inder of the 2006-2007 school year.

Motion by Cunefare, seconde= d by Potts to approve to expel student #81906 from Robein School for the remainder of the 2006-2007 school year. Motion carried.

B.     If stu= dent #81906 does not successfully complete the Safe School Program, the Board approved for his expulsion to be extended for one full calendar year until January 2008. Before Jul= y 1, 2007, student #81906 may petition the Board to be re-enrolled at Robein for the f= all semester of 2007.

Motion by Cunefare, seconde= d by Pool that if student #81906 does not successfully complete the Safe School Program, the Board approves for his expulsion to be extended for one full calendar year until January 2008. Before Jul= y 1, 2007, student #81906 may petition the Board to be re-enrolled at Robein for the f= all semester of 2007. Motion carr= ied.

C.     During= the duration of his expulsion, the Board approved that student #81906 be prohib= ited from the Robein School grounds before, during, and= after school.

Motion by Cunefare, seconde= d by Newlan that during the duration of his expulsion, the Board approves that student #81906 will be prohibited from the Robein School ground befor= e, during, and after school. Mot= ion carried.

D.    If stu= dent #81906 should pass all requirements of the Safe School Program during spring semester of 2007, the Board approved that he may peti= tion the Board and administration by April 2007 to participate in the graduation exercises at Robein School.<= /b>
