MINUTES

 

 

1.  CALL TO ORDER  President Norvill called the m= eeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

 

2.  PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

3.  ROLL CALL

 

Members present: &= nbsp; Mr. Norvill, Mr. Newlan, Mrs. Pool, and Mrs. Potts

 

Members absent:  <= /span>Ms. Cunefare, Ms. Schwader, and Mrs. Vangunten

 

Others present:  Dr. Marx, Superintendent

 

4.  CITIZENS REQUEST/PUBLIC PARTICIPAT= ION

 

None.

 

Ms. Schwader arrived at 6:03 p.m.

 

5.  NEW BUSINESS

 

A.      Approve the facility use by the Easts= ide Volleyball Club during the 2006-2007

     &nbs= p; school year with cost supplements for gates (50/50 split), referee stand, and a

     &nbs= p; dozen volleyballs.

 

Motion by Potts, seconded b= y Pool to approve the facility use by the Eastside Volleyball Club during the 2006-2007 school year with cost supplements for gates (50/50 split), referee stand, and a dozen volleyballs.  On roll call, the following votes were recorded:

 

YEAS:            = Newlan, Pool, Potts, Schwader, and Norvill

 

NAYS: None

 

ABSENT:        Cunefare and Vangunten=

 

B.      Approve an electric proposal from MidAmerican Energy for a two (2) year

     &nbs= p; contract

 

Motion by Schwader, seconde= d by Newlan to approve an electric proposal from MidAmerican Energy for a two (2) year contract.  On roll call, the following votes were recorded:

 

YEAS:            = Pool, Potts, Schwader, Newlan, and Norvill

 

NAYS: None

 

ABSENT:        Cunefare and Vangunten=

 

6.  ADJOURN:
