Motion was made by Buttice/Visocky to enter executive session. Motion voted. Yeas- Mr. Buttice, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Norvill, Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Mr. Visocky. 0-Nays. Motion carried. The board entered executive session at 6:03 PM.

Motion was made by Dearing/Cunefare to extend Mrs. Vaughn’s contract for an additional 10 days at the cost of $2500. Motion voted. Yeas- Mr. Buttice, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Norvill, Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Mr. Visocky. 0-Nays. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Buttice/Schwader find Student 1 guilty of gross disobedience and/or gross misconduct through progressive disciplinary action throughout the 2004-2005 school year. Motion voted. Yeas- Mr. Buttice, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Norvill, Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Mr. Visocky. 0-Nays. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Buttice/Cunefare to expel Student 1 for the balance of the 2004-2005 school year. Further, to expel in abeyance for the 1^st semester of the 2005-2006 school year. Student 1 may come back in the fall of 2005-2006 if the following conditions are met:

1. Student 1 and a Parent of Student 1 petition the Robein School Board with this desire by July 1, 2005.

2. Student 1 has made adequate progress at the alternative school as determined by the Robein School Board and Student 1 outlines his sincere desire to be at Robein School and desire to comply with Robein Teachers, Administration, and Staff. ( A hearing of the board will then be scheduled for this purpose. The decision to accept or deny the request for admittance will be made by the Board at that hearing.)

3. Should it be decided that Student 1 may return to Robein for the 1^st semester of the 2005-2006 school year, and if Student 1 violates any of Robein’s rules, the Board will enforce the expulsion in abeyance for the 1^st Semester of the 2005-2006 school year. Further, if Student 1 is at Robien the 2^nd semester, he would be on Board probation for the 2^nd Semester of the 2005-2006 school year. Motion voted. Yeas- Mr. Buttice, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Norvill, Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Mr. Visocky. 0-Nays. Motion carried.

The Board addressed Student 1 and the Mother of Student 1.

Motion was made by Dearing/Cunefare to adjourn. Motion voted. Yeas- Mr. Buttice, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Norvill, Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Mr. Visocky. 0-Nays. Motion carried.. Motion carried. The board adjourned at 8:11 PM.
