Vice-President Schwader called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.

Members present: Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Newlan, and Superintendent Mueller

Members absent: Mrs. Potts, Mrs. Pool, Mr. Norvill

Guests: None

Transportation

Motion by Dearing/Newlan to contract transportation with East Peoria Community High School District 309 for 2005 – 2006 and 2006 - 2007 school years for $39,600 per year. Motion voted: Yeas Ms. Cunefare, Mr. Dearing, Ms. Schwader, Mr. Newlan

Executive Session

Motion by Dearing/Newlan to enter executive session at 6:04 pm for the purpose of discussing employment of personnel.

The board entered executive session at 6:05 PM.

The board re-entered open session at 6:11 PM

Retirement

Motion by Dearing/Newlan to accept the retirement of Joan Stieglitz as Kindergarten teacher effective June 15, 2007.

Employment of 4^th grade teacher:

Motion by Cunefare/Dearing to hire to employ Mrs. Amy Wise as a 4^th grade teacher as per our contract.
